Athleticism – The combination of height-weight-speed. Informed largely by combine numbers and pro days.

Vision – A player’s ability to see the entirety of the field, the open hole and remain patient, waiting for blocks to form.

Agility – A player’s ability to move in short areas, get in and out of creases, make people miss in space and explode through holes.

Power – Does the player run behind his pads? Can he lower his shoulder at the POA? Can he bounce of tackles? How difficult is he to bring down?

Passing Game – A player’s ability to impact the passing game as a receiver and a pass blocker. Can he catch the ball out of the backfield? Align as a wide receiver? Adjust to poorly thrown balls? Turn upfield? Stay on the field as a blocker? Stick on and sustain blocks? And, how aggressive is the back when he is staying in as a blocker?
